At AkaiSora, every piece is made with care, creativity, and your personal vibe in mind ✨
Because each order is specially made for you, we request you to read our policy carefully before placing an order.


🎨 Made Just for You

Every AkaiSora product is custom-created after your order is placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once the order has been dispatched — unless the issue is from our side.


🚫 No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • “Not what I expected”
  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

Once your order is shipped, the delivery process is managed by the courier company. While we always ensure timely dispatch from our side, courier delays or transit issues are unfortunately beyond our control.


✅ Replacement Policy

We only offer replacements if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item

No other replacement or return requests will be accepted.


💳 Refunds for Partially Paid Orders

For orders placed with partial payment/prepaid booking amounts:

  • The advance/payment made is non-refundable once the order is processed.
  • If the order is rejected, not accepted, or unavailable for delivery from the customer’s side, the booking amount will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will only be considered if the issue is caused from our side.

📦 Replacement Eligibility — Important Requirements

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps carefully:

You must contact us within 2 days of delivery

Send us:

  • A complete unboxing video
  • The outer packaging clearly visible
  • Clear footage showing the issue/damage/wrong item

❌ Replacement Requests Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • You contact us after 2 days of delivery
  • You fail to provide a proper unboxing video
  • The product appears used, damaged after delivery, or tampered with
  • The item is not in its original condition or packaging

We follow these rules strictly to ensure fairness for everyone.
